Every child. Every mind.
Grove works for children of all abilities, learning styles, and neurological profiles. Accessibility is foundational, not an afterthought.
Built for every learner.
ADHD
Shorter exchanges, high-stimulation topics, natural movement breaks. Grove matches the energy instead of fighting it.
Autism Spectrum
Predictable structure, literal language, deep interest-based conversations. No surprise topic changes or ambiguous social cues.
Dyslexia
Voice-first interaction with no reading pressure. Written content uses clear formatting. The child is never made to feel that reading speed matters.
Anxiety
Gentler pacing, explicit reassurance, predictable session structure. Grove checks in without being intrusive.
Twice-Exceptional
Advanced intellectual content with emotional support scaffolding. Grove knows that exceptional ability and developmental challenges often go together.
Custom
During onboarding, parents describe any specific needs or preferences. Grove adapts from session one.
How we build accessibly.
Voice-first interaction
Children can use Grove entirely through voice. No reading or typing required. Voice is the default, not an accommodation.
Screen reader compatible
The parent dashboard and all web surfaces follow WCAG 2.1 AA standards with semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and keyboard navigation.
Adjustable pacing
Session pacing adapts automatically to each child. Parents can also set explicit pace preferences in Settings.
High contrast support
Dashboard and reporting surfaces support system-level contrast and text size preferences.
No time pressure
Grove never rushes. There are no timed challenges, no countdown clocks, no penalties for taking longer to think.
Plain language
All parent-facing communications use clear, direct language. No jargon without explanation.
Financial accessibility.
Family income shouldn't determine a child's access to cognitive development. Grove Scholars provides full or partial scholarships to families who couldn't otherwise afford Grove.
